As an EV driver who runs into this regularly, I got tired of being frustrated and wanted a way to handle it.
That is what the WARNING leaflets are for. Each one is a short, clear notice that cites the actual state law being violated — the statute, the penalties, and a concrete reason to move. They are written state by state, because the rules and the fines vary.
The aim is simple: give EV drivers a polite, effective, fact-based way to safely reclaim the spaces. Leave one on a windshield, or keep a pad in the glovebox for next time.
